After a long gap, and moving house (that`s another story) it seems my mojo is back. At a time when I should be painting and putting right a very unloved house, I want to make cards!
I made this box with a file from Silhouette. I don`t think I`ll have time to be making Xmas cards though!!
Good morning, Its mid-may and I'm in winter clothes and have had the gas fire on!
Todays card is using Papermania papers and ribbon from The Ribbon Box. I cut the swan and the tag on my Silhouette Cameo.
Lets hope the weather warms up soon xx
Good Morning Bloggers, I seem to be in a 'Bird' phase. The birds were cut with my Silhouette Cameo and the Blossoms were using the print and cut feature. Spotty Flamingos, doily and sun also cut with Cameo.
Hi bloggers, I made this card from a background paper from my Silhouette Cameo, also the dummy and sissors were cut on the Cameo. The ribbon is from The ribbon box. Hope you like it, Thanks for looking.
My poor neglected blog, something different for me today. I saw a birdhouse at the Range for £1 and couldn't resist it. I painted it with Antique Linen Distress Crackle Paint, then mica powders in green and pink followed by Pearl moon Guilding wax. I really enjoyed making this Birdhouse, think I will be making more!!
Have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend everyone xx
A very Happy Easter to all Bloggers. I made this card background using the Wax paper in an embossing folder technique. Sue Wilson has a Tut on her blog. I used Antique Linen Distress Ink. Added a few Die cuts and some ribbon cut from a dress. Hope you all have a lovely weekend xx
This is my first card using my new 'Pick of the Bunch' punches and stamps from Tonic. I love them and really enjoyed making them. Hope you like them as much as I do. Thank you for any comments, they are always appreciated. Linda x
Good morning, awake since 5am this morning, why? who knows. So here I am adding my latest card using a Kirsty Wiseman Freebie called Lolita. I also used my new Tonic Ribbon and Petal Pairs Punches. I went to the Five Lakes Craft show at Maldon last week where I met Jodie Johnson from Tonic and she demo'd them for me. So I hope you like Lolita she can be found on Kirsty's blog at http://limegreenbogiegirl.blogspot.co.uk/
Hope you all have a great day xx
Its a lovely sunny day here in Colchester, hope your all getting some of it as well. This card is using a Saturated Canary image called 'Princess Rose Red' Sentiment is also a digi from 'Little Claire' It wasn't too much of a strain on my colouring abilities which are very limited. Patterened paper is from HOTP and I used a ribbon punch from EK Sucess. Sorry I can't give links as I haven't learnt how to do that yet. Have a good day.
I just got these papers from a new Pink Petticoat release. Its given me a bit of inspiration to make some cards. The stamp is called 'Blossom' and she is from Sugar Nellie. Hope you are all staying warm in this snowy cold weather.
After a long absence I have returned to my lonely blog with a card, my first since Christmas. I haven't been totally idol though, I have made a Tudor costume for my little Grand Daughter and a Dress for my Daughter. I've also crocheted a couple of headbands.
