Ruby Wedding Box

Image
After a long gap, and moving house (that`s another story) it seems my mojo is back. At a time when I should be painting and putting right a very unloved house, I want to make cards! I made this box with a file from Silhouette. I don`t think I`ll have time to be making Xmas cards though!!

Bird House

Image
My poor neglected blog, something different for me today. I saw a birdhouse at the Range for £1 and couldn't resist it. I painted it with Antique Linen Distress Crackle Paint, then mica powders in green and pink followed by Pearl moon Guilding wax. I really enjoyed making this Birdhouse, think I will be making more!! Have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend everyone xx

Happy Easter

A very Happy Easter to all Bloggers. I made this card background using the Wax paper in an embossing folder technique. Sue Wilson has a Tut on her blog. I used Antique Linen Distress Ink. Added a few Die cuts and some ribbon cut from a dress. Hope you all have a lovely weekend xx

Its a lovely sunny day here in Colchester, hope your all getting some of it as well. This card is using a Saturated Canary image called 'Princess Rose Red' Sentiment is also a digi from 'Little Claire' It wasn't too much of a strain on my colouring abilities which are very limited. Patterened paper is from HOTP and I used a ribbon punch from EK Sucess. Sorry I can't give links as I haven't learnt how to do that yet. Have a good day.

After a long absence I have returned to my lonely blog with a card, my first since Christmas. I haven't been totally idol though, I have made a Tudor costume for my little Grand Daughter and a Dress for my Daughter. I've also crocheted a couple of headbands.
